Changing Directions was founded by John Clohessy, who brought excellent credentials to the business through a twenty-year association with the hospitality and property services industry. Over the years the team has grown allowing the company to offer a wide range of industry expertise.
Changing Directions provides strategic process analysis, risk assessment and contract performance management along with contractual compliance services. The company has a particularly strong background in assisting clients:
- develop their contract documentation,
- carry out contractor selection,
- transition contracts,
- manage service delivery of contractors, and
- monitor contractual compliance.
Changing Directions have Corporate Offices in Melbourne and Perth and consultants based in all states of Australia. Since the company was formed, it has been experiencing year-on-year growth, and continues to grow its client base, largely gained from referral clients, across broad industry sectors.
