The Changing Directions team members provide a comprehensive and diverse base of practical experience which allows us to be more than just managers of the contract process.

We have proven and repeatable quality processes and systems in place that we know work. We are also actively involved with organisations such as The Facilities Management Associations, The Building Service Contractors Association Australia (BSCAA) and special interest groups to stay abreast of the latest issues and trends in the industry.

Changing Directions' team managers meet regularly with clients to ensure progress reports are relayed and any concerns or problems are aired and dealt with promptly.
